Position Spain Sales Account Manager
Department Sales - International
Required Qualifications • 3-5 years selling Enterprise Application Solutions, preferably ECM
• Multilingual, Spanish/English. Portuguese desired but not required
• Ability to travel internationally for up to 40% of the time
• Experience in Spain
• Demonstrated track record of sales achievement
• Outstanding sales professional with strong technical skills
Responsibilities • To be actively involved in all stages of the sales cycle with both partners and end users.
• Participate in initial discovery of prospect needs
• Qualify and assess customer needs
• Work with Technical Pre-Sales resources to propose viable OnBase solutions
• Participate in and/or coordinate all customer demos
• Create Proposal, incorporating the solution architecture, required discovery and Team input (i.e. RFP template responses)
• Create customized demos, involving Enterprise Sales Team, Solutions Analyst and QA as necessary
• Monitor and participate in expediting sales cycle, Provide timely responses throughout the sales cycle.
• Clearly convey customer requirements and expectations for contract negotiation to Manager.
• Facilitate communications, responding to customer inquiries / issues and leverage appropriate Team Resources.
• Facilitate and participate in customer site visits, both to Hyland and customer reference sites.
• Responsible for maintaining internal communication with team members relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements
• Attainment of sales goals and quotas
• Other responsibilities regarding Customer / Partner relationships:
o Directly responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
o Participate in entertaining customers / partners
o Identify and Participate in Partner User Conferences, and applicable Trade shows.
o Responsible for managing partner relationships including sales goal achievement and collections.
• Other responsibilities regarding reporting:
o Register all opportunities and document progress and status in internal Corporate systems
o Update internal Corporate systems to ensure accurate 90 day forecasting at all times
o Full compliance with SOX
• Gain intimate knowledge of specific repeatable applications targeted by Hyland (i.e. mortgage, transportation, AP, AR, Medical Records, relative to International market)
