The data analyst should be prepared to lead the investigation of the transformation, coordinate and perform the transformation of data and coordinate the collection of additional data required and not present in existing tools. </p><p></p><p>Essential Skills</p><p>- Good knowledge of BMC Remedy Suite ( Specially Version 7) </p><p>- Strong ETL skills for data transformation and analysis</p><p>- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, client server as well as web application architecture and design.</p><p>- Experience with 4GL tools (i.e. Cognos, Business Objects, Microsoft Reporting Services) preferred. Including training of end users on the use of reporting tools.</p><p>- Strong data reporting and analysis skills.</p><p>- Strong oral and written communication skills.</p><p>- Strong SDLC capacity (Software Development Life Cycle).
