Nowdays, we are looking for a Music Key Account, as a permenent position in Microsoft.
Musiwave sales force’s purpose is to develop, grow and manage relations with its customers, mainly mobile phone operators, and interface with MW product teams and content owners (eg. Record labels) to deliver turnkey solutions for mobile entertainment, as well as obtaining the right visibility and support from the distributor (Mobile operator) to maximize traffic on existing managed services.
The Key Account Manager’s is to interact with and convince the Operator’s team to select Microsoft’s Musiwave as the solution for wireless entertainment services, as well as managing the day to day sales relation of an existing account. The KAM will be the owner of the account’s revenue forecasts and follow up on legal, financial and payment issues arising from the operation of the business.
Requirements:
- The KAM is accountable for results on net revenue objectives for that account. Targets are set in the form of services revenue and variable (traffic) revenue (minus content costs). The KAM is also accountable for managing the relationship with his/her counterparts in the customer organization, and ensure and maintain communication, trust and satisfaction as key elements on this relationship. Experience as a Key Account, for at least 3 years.
