This position is oriented to provide Dedicated Support Services and Incident Prevention Services for Microsoft`s customers.

Build very successful relationships with your customers through the delivery of a high-quality technical engagement in a Biztalk technology area.

Delivery of an excellent service is essential to promoting the Onsite services as the most customer focused offering available.

• 4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience, plus 4 years experience in technical support in an Enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated technical competence: Biztalk, Services or Live Communication Server knowledge is a plus.

• MCSE or other applicable advanced certification is strongly preferred.
